NEW YORK, NY (March 24, 2011; Posted at 7:00 AM EDT) Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) announced today that it will resume Japan production Monday of Prius along with the Lexus CT 200h and HS 250h.
 
The Prius production will be restarted at TMC's Tsutsumi plant, while the Lexus CT 200h and HS 250h will resume production at Toyota Motor Kyushu.

Toyota Statement Regarding Status of North American Production

NEW YORK, NY (March 23, 2011; Posted at 6:30 PM EDT) We continue to assess our supply base in Japan following the earthquake/tsunami. Today, we communicated to team members, associates and dealers here that some production interruptions in North America are likely. It's too early to predict location or duration.

Japan Earthquake & Pacific Tsunami

Foundation Continues To Support K-12 Math and Science Education

NEW YORK - March 15, 2011 - The Toyota USA Foundation, a charitable endowment supporting K-12 math and science education, today announced over $5.2 million in new grants.  The latest round of grants is going to 8 organizations from across the country.

Toyota Reports February Sales

TORRANCE, Calif. (Mar. 1, 2011) - Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc., today reported February sales results of 141,846 units.  With 24 selling days in February 2010 and 2011, sales were up 41.8 percent over the year-ago month on a daily selling rate (DSR) and unadjusted raw volume basis.
