Prius v Still on Track for Delivery in U.S. this Fall

ERLANGER, Ky. (May 11, 2011) - Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America, Inc. (TEMA) will boost production earlier than expected following the March 11 earthquake and tsunami in Japan. Beginning in June, overall North American production will reach approximately 70 percent of normal levels, up from approximately 30 percent in May.

Toyota is once again the world's most valuable auto brand, according to rankings compiled by the research company Millward Brown. Toyota's brand value increased 11 percent to $24.2 billion in the latest Brand Z top 100 annual ranking of the world's most valuable brands, overtaking BMW, which had moved ahead of Toyota last year.
